Any paint failure not caused by external factors.
Any paint failure caused by improper preparation, workmanship, or application.
We will provide
Up to 1 hour of touch-up paint per year for wear & tear, cracked caulking, etc.
Labor and materials to correct paint failures as described above at no cost to you.
Service in favorable weather conditions to prevent further issues.
Our Warranty Excludes
Projects where we don't provide materials or prepare surfaces.
Paint failures caused by pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original project.
Paint failures caused by underlying moisture from substrate damage or roof leaks.
Horizontal/flat surfaces (decks, awnings, roof caps, handrails).
Wear & tear from foot/hand traffic or damage.
Acts of God, severe weather events, damaged/rotted wood, stained/sealed/varnished surfaces, and damage caused by mildew/mold.
